Tardigrade Capital is led by Stuart Gray, a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience in Alternative Assets, Real Estate, and Sustainable Infrastructure. Stuart has a proven track record of delivering optimal outcomes for clients at leading institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, Schroders, Gresham, and Wingate. His expertise spans capital structuring, investment strategies, and distribution solutions, making him a trusted advisor in the financial sector.

Christopher Murray
A doyen of the Australian equipment finance and clean energy financing markets. Chris is currently a Director of Aurora Capital, which provides tailored solutions to companies operating in the new energy vehicle and fintech sectors. He has previously held the role of CEO at Rentworks (now Alleasing) and Managing Director APAC Compaq Capital (now HP Finance).
Vaughan Woods
Currently a consultant to Fujistsu in Australia. Vaughan has previously held senior positions across the technology sector in Australia and Asia including as an AVP at cloud platform Fastly, Regional VP at cybersecurity and distributed platform Akamai Technologies and APAC Managing Director at cloud pioneer 3PAR.
Leafer (Ye) Zhou
Co-founder and Director of Co-Link- a leading executive search and financial solutions provider. Leafer is an actuary by training and has previously held senior positions in strategy at Foxtel as well as in the digital asset and investment banking sectors.
